For a streaming service for which the motto “Netflix and chill” has been coined, this is a novelty that has something revolutionary about it.
As of December 30, in fact, as many as 30 hours of workouts illustrated by trainers and divided by the type of results you want to achieve and by training programs have been available on the world’s most popular streaming platform.
Made by Nike (in fact they come from the Nike Training Club), the workouts have been available for a few days now, as mentioned, in an initial package to which another will be added later in 2023.
To be done at home, without equipment
One of the most interesting aspects of the workouts offered by Nike on Netflix is that they can be done at home, free-body and therefore without any special equipment. A yoga mat is also recommended but not necessary.
The first package, with a total of 46 episodes available in 10 languages, includes:
1. Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes)
Duration: 4 weeks, 3 times a week
Equipment: none, mat if you want

2. Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (7 episodes)
Duration: 2 weeks, 3 times a week
Equipment: none, mat if you want

Not for: those interested in something that involves the whole body.
3. Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes)

4. HIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes)

5. Feel-Good Fitness (6 episodes)

And there’s more
You will also find two other programs on Netflix: 10-Minute Workouts and 20-Minute Workouts. At first glance (we have not checked in detail) this is a different organization than the previous 5, grouped by workouts lenght and not by theme.
From couch to exercise, while still staying in your living room: this is certainly an interesting development for two brands that until now seemed to have little in common but may have inaugurated a synergy destined for unpredictable and positive developments.
In short: before Netflix wanted you snug on your couch and with a soda or popcorn at hand, today it wants you next to that same couch, but sweating.
